46000 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 46000 platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs all aspects of platform use, including account registration, betting activity, financial transactions, and all other interactions with the services we provide.
Continued use of the 46000 platform after any changes to the terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. The platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, though we endeavour to inform users of any material changes.
The 46000 platform is intended for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law, which is 18 years and above. Use by anyone below this age is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 46000 platform. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Users are solely responsible for keeping their profile information up to date. The 46000 platform reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents as part of the account verification (KYC) process.
User responsibilities include the following:
- Keeping your account password and login details strictly confidential.
- Not sharing account access with any other party, including family members.
- Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to customer support immediately.
- Ensuring that any device used to access the platform is protected with a password and up-to-date security software.
- Taking full responsibility for all activity that occurs through your account.
The 46000 platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Payment Information, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 46000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by their bank or financial service provider.
Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, and other online banking options listed on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified for each payment method. The 46000 platform reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
Important rules regarding transactions:
- All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed by the system.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account that has been registered and verified in the same user's name.
- The platform reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals for the purposes of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
- Winnings obtained through the use of bonuses are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.
- Any attempt to transfer funds between different user accounts is strictly prohibited.
The 46000 platform is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users of the 46000 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which constitute serious violations of the Terms of Use:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform.
- Sharing or selling bonus information or promotional offers to third parties for commercial purposes.
- Using false account information or assuming another person's identity to register.
Regarding liability limits, the 46000 platform shall not be held responsible for:
- Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the user.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
- Data loss occurring beyond the platform's reasonable control.
In all circumstances, the maximum liability of the 46000 platform to any user is limited to the amount of unprocessed deposits held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property

The 46000 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, breach of terms of use, multiple accounts, failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Suspended accounts will be unable to make any deposits or withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.
Users may also request the closure of their own account by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 46000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and other materials — is the intellectual property of the platform and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 46000 management.

The 46000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
